These Website Terms govern use of leadslean.com and related public LeadsLean website surfaces. The website is operated by Fady Annas, trading as LeadsLean ("LeadsLean", "I", "me" or "my"), an unincorporated individual business operating from Egypt.

The website provides general information about LeadsLean, its service approach, commercial problems it may address, and routes for assessing fit. Website content is not itself a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, legal advice, or authorization to begin delivery.

Submitting a Lean Fit Check, sending an enquiry, reading an article, or otherwise interacting with the website does not by itself:
- create a client relationship or service contract;
- reserve delivery capacity;
- authorize LeadsLean to begin work;
- create a guaranteed response time, delivery time or service level; or
- guarantee that an engagement will be accepted.
Any paid engagement is governed by the applicable accepted proposal, platform agreement, statement of work, contract or other written commercial record.
3. Service descriptions and scope
Website descriptions are high-level and may describe capabilities that are not included in every engagement. Exact deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, dependencies, software, timing, pricing, revisions, support and acceptance requirements are determined by the applicable written commercial agreement.
4. No guaranteed commercial outcomes
LeadsLean does not guarantee leads, meetings, opportunities, conversions, revenue or other downstream commercial outcomes. Results may depend on the client's offer, market, data, decisions, approvals, execution, buyer behavior, third-party systems and other factors outside LeadsLean's control.
5. Pricing and timing
Unless a specific written offer states otherwise, the website does not create a universal public price, delivery commitment, response-time SLA, revision allowance or support period. Internal operating targets are not client entitlements merely because they exist internally.
6. Third-party tools and external links
The website may refer to, link to or embed third-party platforms such as SiteGround, Notion, Apollo, LinkedIn, Zoho, Instantly, Clay or other tools where relevant to the service or website operation. Those providers have their own terms, availability, pricing and privacy practices.
Mention of a third-party platform does not imply partnership, certification, endorsement or guaranteed interoperability unless that relationship is separately verified and expressly stated.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without overriding any mandatory rights or rules that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
These Terms do not independently choose a contractual dispute forum for a future client engagement. Any engagement-specific dispute mechanism is governed by the applicable accepted agreement.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the website, operating model, legal identity or applicable requirements materially change. The effective or last-updated date should be revised when a material update is published.
