This Privacy Policy explains how Fady Annas, trading as LeadsLean ("LeadsLean", "I", "me" or "my") handles personal information in connection with leadslean.com, the Lean Fit Check, and related website enquiries.
1. Who operates this website
The website is operated by Fady Annas, trading as LeadsLean, an unincorporated individual business operating from Egypt.
Privacy enquiries may be sent to fady@leadslean.com.
2. Information collected
Depending on how you use the website, LeadsLean may receive:
- information you submit through the Lean Fit Check, including your name, work email, company, website, typical deal value, sales structure, main bottleneck, and privacy acknowledgement;
- information you provide in direct business communications or follow-up enquiries; and
- technical information generated through hosting and security operations, such as IP address, request/URI information, browser or user-agent information, referrer information, date/time and related server-log data where processed by the hosting infrastructure.
The current static website release does not include a separate LeadsLean client-side analytics script, automated website-to-CRM handoff, or custom website code that writes cookies or local storage. LeadsLean may review aggregate traffic statistics generated from SiteGround hosting/server logs and use Google Search Console for search-performance and indexing data. If client-side analytics, advertising tags, session replay, CRM tracking or additional browser storage is activated later, this policy must be reviewed before that new processing is relied on publicly.
3. Why information is used
Information may be used to:
- operate, secure and maintain the website;
- review and respond to Lean Fit Check submissions and enquiries;
- assess whether a requested service is a reasonable fit and determine an appropriate next step;
- communicate about an enquiry or potential engagement;
- keep records needed for business administration, suppression/opt-out handling, dispute prevention, security and legal compliance; and
- measure website or commercial activity only where the relevant measurement tools have actually been activated and appropriately disclosed.
4. Forms and service providers
SiteGround is the production hosting provider. Hosting infrastructure may process technical server-log information needed to deliver and secure the website.
The public Lean Fit Check is hosted through Notion. Information submitted through that form is processed through the approved LeadsLean Fit Check response workflow and may therefore be processed by Notion and its service providers under their own contractual and privacy arrangements.
LeadsLean does not treat a software provider's inclusion in the operating stack as a partnership, certification or endorsement.
5. Cookies and browser storage
At this website release checkpoint, LeadsLean's static site code does not add a separate analytics script or custom cookie/local-storage mechanism.
SiteGround, Notion or other infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms required for their services under their own policies and configurations. If LeadsLean activates non-essential analytics, advertising, enrichment, CRM tracking or additional browser storage, the production implementation and this policy must be reviewed before launch of that processing.
6. Sharing and processors
Personal information may be processed by service providers that support the website and Fit Check, including SiteGround and Notion, only for the operational purposes for which they are used. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a lawful request, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
LeadsLean does not sell personal information.
7. Retention
Fit Check and non-client enquiry information is normally retained for 12 months after the last substantive interaction. It is then deleted or anonymized where there is no legal, contractual, dispute, security or suppression reason requiring continued retention.
Where someone has opted out of future outreach or requested no further contact, LeadsLean may retain the minimum information necessary to honor that instruction. Deletion from LeadsLean's active records does not guarantee immediate deletion from third-party backups, security logs or systems that are independently controlled by service providers.
8. Security
LeadsLean uses proportionate operational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and any lawful limitations, you may ask LeadsLean to:
- confirm whether personal information about you is being processed and provide access to it;
- correct or update inaccurate information;
- delete information where the applicable conditions are met;
- limit relevant processing; or
- withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
Requests may be sent to fady@leadslean.com. LeadsLean may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person making a request.
10. International processing
SiteGround and Notion operate infrastructure and service-provider networks that may involve processing outside Egypt. Cross-border processing is therefore a relevant operational compliance issue for LeadsLean and must remain subject to the applicable legal requirements and provider safeguards.
